GENERAL POLICY:

In the case of a standard purchase through debit / credit card or net banking, we commence processing your order once the full payment has been received against the same. In the case of cash on delivery, we process the order without any payment.

In all instances we send you an order confirmation email prior to processing your order. Please read the terms & conditions below for a clear understanding of our transaction process:

CANCELLATION BY YOU:

ï      You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a full refund after checking the product for damages. We will have the product collected at our expense.

ï      If you cancel the order prior to dispatch from our end, we will cancel dispatch and refund the full amount within 7 working days.

ï      If you cancel the order post-dispatch but prior to receipt, you will have to secure the shipment and hand it over to our delivery representative. Upon confirmation of the receipt, we will refund the full amount within 7 working days.

ï      No cancellation requests will be processed post 7 days from the date of receipt.

CANCELLATION BY US:

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

ï      We have insufficient stock

ï      We are unable to deliver in your area. However, you can opt for self pick-up.
