Can I have my jewellery delivered today?
We understand that a lady occasionally has to wear something perfect and she cannot wait to wear it. If you live in Kolkata, please select “Kolkata Same Day delivery” during checkout and we will have it delivered to your home or office on the same day.

Where is my order?
All orders are expected to be delivered within 8-10 days. If you haven’t yet received your order, please call at +91 9874840204 or e-mail info@k3goldcrafts.com.

Can I come to visit your showroom and view the jewellery?
Yes. SHI has a beautiful boutique based in South Kolkata. However, the visit must be scheduled by prior appointments only. For more information, Visit our Contact Us Page.
Do you offer be spoke services?
Yes. Our be spoke service provides personal consultation with our design and personal shopping teams, to create jewellery beyond your expectations.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available per item. You can opt to receive your item pre-wrapped or receive everything you need to wrap your purchase yourself at home. Your jewellery will be wrapped in finest silk pouches put in Wooden Boxes, tied with ribbon and put in our personalised shopping bags.
Are the products pictured actual size?
Computer and phone screens vary in size, so it’s impossible to show an actual size image on the internet. We do however provide meticulous measurements of all our pieces.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments depending on your chosen delivery country including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro and Cash on Delivery.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-order works for orders which are in bulk or which requires any special customisation or personalisation.

What do I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, simply click on “Forgotten Password” button on the log in screen within ‘My Account’, and you will receive an e mail re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you. How do I view my order history?
To view your order history online, you need to have been logged into your account when placing your order. If you were, log on to My Account and view your order history.
